Ralph's Video Game Page
I am an avid video game collector. My collection ranges from Pong all the way to Nintendo 64. I have just about everything in between.
I also own one (at the moment) arcade machine. It is a conversion kit of Spiders. The cabinet is about 3/4 the size of a full size machine.
I also have an empty full size cabinet. The cabinet was originally a Galaxian cabinet, then it was a Ninja Gaiden cabinet, then Golden Axe II cabinet (which it has the side art stickers intact on it). I will be converting it into a multi-arcade game machine. I am in search of a 25 inch or so monitor for it and some cheap-but good games to use for it, it doesn't matter if it is a horizontal or vertical use boards, the monitor will be rotating 90 degrees.
I went to an arcade game auction on Sept. 12th and picked up a used game for $25.00. The game was Kicker and it was in a junked up cabinet so I am going to use some of the controls and the board. I accidentally cracked the picture tube trying to fit it into my other cabinet. No big deal, it had a terrible burn-in in the tube. I am planning on going to another auction on Nov. 14th at the St. Charles Exhibition Hall on 5th St. in St. Charles, Mo. and I am hoping I could pick up another cheap game. I was surprised on how cheap some games were going for. There was a 2 slot Neo-Geo setup with a bad monitor (all it needed was a $1.00 cap to fix it) the cabinet was pretty clean. It went for $100.00. Yes! You read that correctly, that was one hundred dollars. I wish I had enough money at that time. So hopefully I will have enough saved up for a good game. I will let you know what happens.
Here is the results from the October 30,1999 auction.
Here is the results from the June/July(I don't remember) auction.
Below is a link to all the arcade games I have under "Arcade Games"!
Well I went to the auction on Now. 14th.(98) There was a little bit more games than last time.  I picked up Twin Eagle for $62.50 + auction fee and tax. It is one of my favorite plane/helicopter shooting games. One thing that I like that game is the background music was hype (for that time). It has a kicking guitar riffs and has vocals in the music. The board is about half the size of normal boards. It is a 2 player simultaneous playing game. The cabinet wasn't in the best of shape. That didn't matter to me 'cause I was going to put it into my multi-game cabinet.

Here is the games I currently own.
